		(May 21, 2001) -- The bureau responsible for international adoption in Québec has a new head. As of May 21, 2001 the director of the Secrétariat à l'adoption internationale du Québec (SAI) is Luce De Bellefeuille. She replaced Ginette Beaulne. SAI has accredited 15 Québec adoption agencies for 20 countries. It's the central authority in Québec, under the Hague Convention, and part of the Department of Health and Social Services.
