"Southampton Remembered" book still available

Southampton, Ont., Sept. 5, 2008 -- The 150th Store on High Street in Southampton is now closed, but you can still pick up a Southampton Remembered book. It's available at Bayberry's on High Street, at the Southampton Visitors' Centre in the Town Hall, and from Betty Bender, 519-797-3988.

In 120 pages Southampton Remembered presents the memories that people have of Southampton over the years, complemented by a superb collection of period photographs.
